Do you offer personalized products?
Yes. Many of our products can be personalized with your pet’s name. If personalization is available, you will see it mentioned in the product description.
Where do I enter my pet’s name?
You can enter your pet’s name during checkout or in the personalization field if it is available on the product page. Please check spelling carefully, as personalized items are made exactly as entered.
Are the products made from real wood?
Our products are designed with a warm natural wood look and handcrafted furniture-inspired style. Because wood grain and tone may vary, each piece can have slight natural differences.
Do your products come assembled?
Some products may arrive fully assembled, while larger furniture pieces may require simple assembly. If assembly is required, hardware and basic instructions are included.
Are cushions included?
If a cushion is included, it will be listed in the product description. Products such as pet beds, window perches, and some crate-style furniture include a soft neutral cushion.
How do I clean the products?
Wipe wooden surfaces with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking the wood or using harsh cleaning products. Cushions and fabric pads should be spot cleaned unless stated otherwise.
How long does shipping take?
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you accept returns?
